Jonathan "BEAST" Finglass (UK) Wins the Halo Worldwide Championship Crown

Congratulations to UK's Jonathan "BEAST" Finglass, who took home the crown
of Halo for Windows Worldwide Champion on Tuesday, February 17 at the Internet PC
Cafe in Gardena, California. Winner of the final round of the daylong event, Finglass
beat out 19 competitors from around the world to earn the title. The Netherlands'
Stefan Dammers took second, and Korea's Ju Yong Shin finished third. All three top
finishers won a green Alienware Aurora game system for their exemplary tournament
performances. The 16 other players will take home a Radeon 9800 graphics card.

National Prizes (US only) The top US national
contestant will receive an all inclusive trip to Los Angeles, California to compete

Outline |
This
Season will be run in multiple countries worldwide within iGames member centers.
Each country will run up to 3 Qualifying LAN events to determine which players will
advance to the country finals.

Format |
This
event will be run in single player Free For All format at all events in the season.
At each qualifier, the top 2 players will advance to the Regional Event. The winner
of each Regional event will win travel to the Championships which will be hosted
in the United States. |
