Halo for Windows Worldwide Tournament
Jonathan "BEAST" Finglass (UK) Wins the Halo Worldwide Championship Crown

Congratulations to UK's Jonathan "BEAST" Finglass, who took home the crown of Halo for Windows Worldwide Champion on Tuesday, February 17 at the Internet PC Cafe in Gardena, California. Winner of the final round of the daylong event, Finglass beat out 19 competitors from around the world to earn the title. The Netherlands' Stefan Dammers took second, and Korea's Ju Yong Shin finished third. All three top finishers won a green Alienware Aurora game system for their exemplary tournament performances. The 16 other players will take home a Radeon 9800 graphics card.

National Prizes (US only)
The top US national contestant will receive an all inclusive trip to Los Angeles, California to compete in the Worldwide Championship finals. The contestant will also receive top prizes brought to you by Gateway® - Gateway 710G Gaming System and 42" EDTV Plasma TV.

Worldwide Prizes
The top 16 finalist in the Worldwide Championship will receive ATI's RADEONTM 9800 PRO graphics cards brought to you by ATI. The top 3 finalist will walk away with the Alienware® Aurora™ brought to you by Alienware and AMD. The top winner will be crowned The Halo Worldwide Champion with all bragging rights included!
Outline This Season will be run in multiple countries worldwide within iGames member centers. Each country will run up to 3 Qualifying LAN events to determine which players will advance to the country finals.
Dates Qualifier # 1 - November 15, 2003
Qualifier # 2 - November 30, 2003
Qualifier # 3 - December 6, 2003
Regional/Country Final - December 7, '03
US Regional Finals - January 10-11, '04
International Finals - January 24-25, '04
Format This event will be run in single player Free For All format at all events in the season. At each qualifier, the top 2 players will advance to the Regional Event. The winner of each Regional event will win travel to the Championships which will be hosted in the United States.
