Research Health technologies at the Granary. Like most economic effiency upgrades,
research Science at the Library first. Health techs are available three times throughout
the game.
Researching Health techs speeds the creation of foot troops, mounted troops, and
ships; speeds the healing of troops garrisoned in Barracks; and increases the line
of sight of foot and mounted troops.
