If you don't see an ActiveX dialogue box or the Internet Explorer Info Bar

Your Web browser may not configured to run the components or scripts required by the genuine Windows validation process. Please try using this alternate method.

Do you see the Internet Explorer Info Bar as displayed in this picture?

If the Info Bar is displayed, follow the steps below to install the Genuine Windows Validation Component.

1. Right click the Info Bar and select Install the ActiveX Control (shown below).

2. In the Internet Explorer Security Warning dialog box, click the Install button.
