What is a product key?

A product key is a 25 character alphanumeric string that you are required to enter during setup to complete the installation of your Office product.

Where's my product key?

Depending on your location and your method of payment, your product key may be found in one of the following places:

1. Inside your DVD case if you purchased an Office Genuine Advantage Kit;
2. On the Microsoft Order Confirmation page;
3. In the email sent to the address you used to place your order;
4. And finally, if you still don’t have your product key, you may contact the Order Help Desk by using the drop-down menu below to choose your country.

If you have other issues with your order, you may also use the information below to contact your local customer service team. Please keep in mind that depending on your location, receipt of your media could take up to 4 weeks.
