Ciao is one of Europes leading shopping and consumer websites and provides customers from Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden with extensive shopping advice on the internet in the target market language. Internet users will find more than seven million products and more than five million independent product evaluations and reviews of peoples experiences in over 20 top categories. The seven Ciao websites - www.ciao.de, www.ciao.co.uk, www.ciao.fr, www.ciao.it, www.ciao.es, www.ciao-shopping.nl, www.ciao.se- are operated by Ciao headquartered in Munich, which was founded in 1999. Further regional Ciao locations are based in London, Paris, Timişoara and Wroclaw. After the acquisition of Microsoft Corporation in October 2008 Ciao strengthens Microsoft’s European E-Commerce business as Ciao Commerce Division.

Job description:
Your Responsibilities:

Ciao is offering you the chance to gain experience in a variety of online marketing initiatives ranging from affiliate marketing and search engine optimisation to partnerships with other established brands.

In more detail, your responsibilities will be to:
• Acquire and develop online partnerships for our Italian Ciao website with a focus on building valuable partnerships by using marketing concepts, as well as controlling and analysing tools and techniques
• Support the Online Marketing Team at Ciao to increase the traffic of our Italian website
• Create texts by using various edition programs

Your profile:

• You have excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication skills
• Drive and enthusiasm for the online marketing area and the internet
• Knowledge of the Italian market
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge in HTML processing is a plus
