Ciao is one of Europes leading shopping and consumer websites and provides customers from Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden with extensive shopping advice on the internet in the target market language. Internet users will find more than seven million products and more than five million independent product evaluations and reviews of people’s experiences in over 20 top categories. The seven Ciao websites are operated by Ciao headquartered in Munich, which was founded in 1999. Further regional Ciao locations are based in London, Paris, Timişoara and Wroclaw. After the acquisition of Microsoft Corporation in October 2008 Ciao strengthens Microsoft’s European E-Commerce business as Ciao Commerce Division.

Ciao is offering you the chance to gain experience in a variety of tasks of the Credit Collection.

In more detail, your responsibilities will be:
• Supporting the Credit Collection Team for Italy and Spain
• Contact to customers and coordination between Ciaos international sales team and the costumers
• Working with our financial systems and reporting tools
• Translation of costumer correspondence

• Student with Controlling or Accounting background
• Excellent English and Italian and/or Spanish verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office Programs - especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting
• French verbal and written communication skills are a plus
