1. Encoding issues
A number of issues that affect the ability of Expression Web to work with various
character encodings have been addressed.

2. CSS overflow property
A problem with the display of elements in Design view with the CSS overflow property
set to auto or hide has been fixed.

3. Insert Hyperlink dialog box
If a user pasted an already-encoded URL into the Insert Hyperlink dialog box (such
as a URL in which spaces have been replaced by “%20”), Expression Web would double-encode
the % sign. Additionally, the Insert Hyperlink dialog box would not accept “#” as
a valid URL (“#” is often used as a placeholder URL). These behaviors have been
fixed.

A variety of issues have been addressed in the behavior of certain JavaScript methods
in the extensibility model.
