Removing Silverlight
Windows Vista

To remove programs, click Start, click Control Panel,
and then, under Programs, click Uninstall a program.

In the list of programs, click any earlier version of Silverlight such as "WPF/E"
(codename) Community Technology Preview (Dec 2006), "WPF/E" (codename) Community
Technology Preview (Feb 2007), or Microsoft Silverlight,
and then click Uninstall.

After the uninstalling process is complete, you can install the latest version of Silverlight.
Windows XP

To remove programs, click Start, point to Settings,
click Control Panel, and then, under Programs,
click Uninstall a program.
- Click Remove a program

In the list of programs, click any earlier version of Silverlight such as "WPF/E"
(codename) Community Technology Preview (Dec 2006), "WPF/E" (codename) Community
Technology Preview (Feb 2007), or Microsoft Silverlight,
and then click Uninstall.

After the uninstalling process is complete, you can
install the latest version of Silverlight.
