Registration for Windows XP Language Interface Pack (LIP) Redistribution
If you have downloaded a Windows XP Language Interface Pack (LIP) from Microsoft and installed the LIP on one or more of your computers, Microsoft allows you to redistribute that specific LIP provided that all of the following “Conditions” are met:
1. | You are one of the types of institutions or organizations listed below: (a) a government or government agency, (b) an accredited educational institution, (c) a government-affiliated or government-sponsored cultural or language board, or (d) a government-affiliated or government-sponsored cultural or language institution. |
2. | The LIP contains an End User License Agreement (or use terms) (“EULA”) that expressly grants the right to redistribute the LIP. You have installed the LIP on one or more of your computers and have accepted and agreed to the EULA for that LIP. |
3. | Before you exercise the right to redistribute the LIP in accordance with the EULA, you first complete this registration process. |
LIPs are standalone language resources for minority languages that require a base language to be present and serve to provide limited localization of the Windows XP user interface. LIPs are distributed "as is", with no technical support from Microsoft.
Please take a moment and complete the following registration process prior to beginning the redistribution of LIPs. If you want to redistribute more than one LIP, you only need to register once by checking all the applicable LIPs that you want to redistribute, as long as all the Conditions above are met for each LIP. To register, you need to have a Microsoft Passport account. You can also sign up for a Passport account after clicking "Start Registration" below.

Only an individual who is authorized to represent and bind your organization is permitted to click the “I agree” button below and complete the registration process. The individual, by clicking the “I agree” button, certifies that he or she is authorized to represent and bind your organization in this matter. Do not proceed if the foregoing is not true.
