Microsoft Character Code Conversion Routines for HKSCS-2004

Description:
To create document migration and conversion tools for converting legacy HKSCS (Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set) encodings to Unicode 4.1, use the functions in this downloadable SDK.
Two functions are provided:
| • | Convert from Big5 encodings to Unicode 4.1 character codes. |
| • | Convert from legacy Unicode PUA (Private Use Area) HKSCS character codes to Unicode 4.1 character codes. |

The functions are built for 32-bit platforms.
The Microsoft Character Code Conversion Routines for HKSCS-2004 requires Visual StudioŽ .NET, or later in order to use the starter code for sample applications that is included, and to integrate, link and build the functions with new applications.
