Kevin Dolan currently serves as Industry Marketing Development
Director for Microsoft’s Public Sector Health and Human Services (HHS) Industry
Unit and is responsible for working with State and local HHS organizations to
identify their needs and build and deliver solutions incorporating the broad
capabilities of Microsoft platforms, products, devices and services. Recent focus is on HHS modernization
initiatives targeted at achieving the triple aims of access, efficiency and
outcomes incorporating such areas as eligibility determination, provider and
payer reform models, wellness and predictive analytics.
Kevin represents Microsoft in organizations such as APHSA and
HSITAG chartered with working across industry vendors, federal and state
agencies and customer stakeholders to collaborate in driving policy to practice
improvements in health and human service delivery.
Kevin has experience in enabling solutions including Medicaid
Management Information Systems, Health Insurance Exchanges, Health Information
Exchanges, Managed Care Models, Case Coordination, Mobility, Cloud, and
Devices. He began his career at Microsoft in 1993 and has held various
leadership positions throughout sales, consulting, business strategy and
development, and partner alliance establishment.
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the technology
industry. Prior to Microsoft, Kevin led
various projects, sales and business development activities and held senior
leadership roles for the former Compaq Computer Corporation during startup
phase (acquired by HP) and Texas Instruments.
earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics
from the University of Georgia. He resides in the Washington D.C. area.
