6 Week Training

6 Week Training is an easy-to-follow program to help you reach your goals in the following exercises:

  • 100 pushups
  • 200 sit-ups
  • 200 squats
  • 150 dips

After taking the initial test for each of the exercises the program will put you in the appropriate workout level and keep track of your workout. After week two, four, and five there is an Exhaustion Test that will determine which level of the program is right for you in the following week. You can always monitor your progress by looking through the logs and charts available.

Do you track health data points like blood glucose, blood pressure, and weight daily as part of your health and fitness goals? HealthCaddy is your buddy. A single application to help track your daily blood glucose, systolic reading, diastolic reading, heart rate, and weight readings. Simple graphs of the most recent readings and a detailed graph of all readings are available. You can also export saved readings to an email which can be sent to your doctor.
