  1. Entry is only open to Hong Kong and Macau residents.
  2. Please note that ideas and suggestions submitted by customers and partners may be chosen to be posted on the 'Feedback Online' website.
  3. Each month, one winner will be chosen as the submitter of the 'Best Idea'. The Best Idea will be determined by the idea with the most votes that month. Winners will be contacted in person by Microsoft with the information that has been provided. Please note that prizes will be given out on a first-come first-served basis while stocks last.
  4. Winners' names will be posted on the Feedback Online website.
  5. Microsoft Hong Kong reserves the right to select ideas for voting.
  6. If enquiry is received which needs follow up by Microsoft, Microsoft Hong Kong will respond via email or telephone in 5 working days.
