The four-day "21st Century School Leader Development Series (VIII) and (IX): Learning to Lead Change" primary and secondary school workshop co-organized by Hong Kong Education Manpower Bureau and Microsoft was successfully held on March 19th to March 22nd. The workshop was well received by over 230 principals and teachers from various primary and secondary schools.

The workshops aimed to let school leaders to share successful strategies of leading change with world renowned Professor Michael Fullan. Participants joined the two day workshop for primary school and secondary school respectively to exchange their experiences in implementing change as well as how to overcome hurdles encountered during the process. Through discussion, participants also learnt the leadership skills essential for more efficient management.

Furthermore, the "21st Century School Leader Development Series (X): Learning to Lead Change" seminar was also held on March 23rd, in which Professor Michael Fullan summarized the essence of the workshops to share with the participants, inspiring them with a deeper insight into leading change.
