The "School Leader Development Series (VI): The Road to Lead Changes" workshop was successfully held on 21 October, 2006 with an overwhelming attendance of over 80 principals and senior teachers. This workshop aimed to introduce to school leaders the concept of 'change' through the use of IT and shared among frontline educator experiences on how to initiate changes in schools. Participants shared their view on how to create ideal schools for the new century during the event.

The workshop material was written by Professor Michael Fullan, who had made much contribution in the education reform of the United Kingdom. Professor Fullan's concept of change has been elaborated with hints provided on application in Hong Kong education. Participants benefited from learning more concept of change, such as "Implementation Dip" and "8 Drivers of Change".
