The Education Bureau worked together with Microsoft again, and we took great pleasure to invite internationally well-known Professor Michael Fullan to be the host of "21st Century School Leader Development Series (XI): Organizational Learning" workshop on March 31 to April 3. It received positive response with over 400 participants consisting principals and teachers.

In the workshop, Professor Michael Fullan introduced the concept of Organizational Learning emerging in recent years and explained how to build and enhance a learning community inside and among schools, to school principals and teachers responsible for planning continuing professional development of teachers. The Professor also looked at ways to improve the teaching profession through Organizational Learning with real life examples in Hong Kong.

Professional Michael Fullan talked about ‘the Six Secrets of Change’ in the workshop, in which topics of ‘Love Your Employees’ and ‘Transparency Rules’ aroused participants’ great interest.
