At Microsoft, we believe that ICT in education is a powerful catalyst to improve teaching and learning efficiency. Ultimately, education changes lives, families, communities, and nations. We strive to create sustainable success models to cope with the continuous educational change by bringing our resources, practices, and programs together in partnership with educational and government leaders.

The goal of the Partners in Learning initiative in Hong Kong is to empower schools to integrate technology into teaching, so as to enable education leaders and students to realize their potential through easy access to software, information and communication technology skills development. Microsoft is joining forces with the Education Bureau to increase information and communication technology (ICT) accessibility and skills advancement in schools among teachers and students, with the ultimate goal of improving learning and teaching through technology.
