Microsoft Valued Teachers are outstanding educators in IT educations, who represent a wide user population of Microsoft academic IT solutions. Through actively exchanging their experience in IT education with other educators and students, helping in problem-shooting and developing new IT teaching potentials, they enable other people in achieving the greatest value from their skills. Since 2008, Microsoft has awarded these IT educators with "MVT" title to commend their contributions made in the past year.
2008 Microsoft Valued Teacher Winners Sharing
It is my honor to be the Microsoft Most Valued Teacher 2009. I learnt the latest Information Technologies which synergize with Learning and Teaching through participating the programme. The inspiring innovation not only enriched myself, but also my colleagues and my students.
ICT is a vital element of today's education. Joining the Microsoft Most Valued Teacher programme enables me to keep pace with the latest technology. It helps me to discover more innovative ways of teaching to benefit my students and fellows at work.
Microsoft Valued Teacher 2008 successfully selected four valued teachers who have devoted valuable energy and time to IT education, proactively promoted IT education projects and practised experience sharing in the past year. In the new year, we sincerely invite teachers in Hong Kong to join for continual promotion of IT education in Hong Kong, leading the way to learn the latest and most effective education and campus IT development trends.
