Douglas K. Olson is the Product Unit General Manager of the Expression suite of products at Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond. As a senior leader in the Expression team, Doug drives the Blend and Design products as well as the User Experience across the suite. With over 16 years of leadership experience at Adobe and Macromedia, he brings to Microsoft an extensive background in inspiring, driving and participating in the development of foundational products in the Creative Professional market. Doug holds a BS degree in Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Harris Chan is the Web Developer Evangelist of the Developer & Platform Group at Microsoft Hong Kong. Harris works closely with local designers and developers to evangelize Microsoft Web and User Experience technologies such as ASP.NET, ASP.NET AJAX, Silverlight and WPF. Prior to taking this position, Harris was a Software Design Engineer/Test of Office Server Group at Microsoft Redmond and took an active role in the development of Microsoft web authoring tools including FrontPage 2003, SharePoint Designer 2007 and Expression Web. Harris graduated with a degree in Computer Science from University of Washington, Seattle.
