    Pre-requisites:
    1. Computer networking experience.
    2. Nomination or recommendation from a professor/lecturer.
    3. Priority for registration will be given to Engineering and Computer Science Department Students and those with Microsoft Certified Professionals qualifications.
    Terms & Conditions:
    1. Each group must be in a team of two students.
    2. Professor endorsement is required for joining the competition.
    3. All the students must be full time students of aged 24 years old or under.
    4. Student ID is required for verification process during the competition.
    5. All the seminar hand out materials will be provided in English.
    6. Participant who made into the final competition will be announced at this site on 6 March 2006.
    7. Microsoft reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.
    8. Microsoft Press book will be distributed at the seminar. All attendees must attend the seminar in order to be eligible to redeem the Microsoft Press Book.
