How to Acquire Microsoft SPLA

Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) is a worldwide program. Microsoft-designated SPLA resellers are available in most regions.

Eligibility
To be eligible for SPLA, you should be enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Network and enrolled in the Microsoft Hosting Community.
Request Detailed SPLA Information
To get detailed SPLA information, use the drop-down list box to choose your language and click Go. This will take you to a form where you can use your Windows Live ID to request more information.
Because Microsoft values your privacy, we use Windows Live to help protect your information. The registration process is:
  • Log into Windows Live
  • Provide your contact information
  • Specify how you would like to receive information about the SPLA program (e-mail, postal mail, phone)
After you register, Microsoft, or a trusted Microsoft reseller if you choose, will contact you by telephone, e-mail, or postal mail with the SPLA Kit and information. You will not receive additional SPLA information unless you’ve checked at least one method.
Note that by setting these contact preferences, you are setting your contact preferences for all future communications from Microsoft or trusted Microsoft Partners. You can return to the Profile Center at any time to modify your preferences.
