• Provide basic licensing information.
• Provide information on how genuine Microsoft software should be packaged and/or distributed.
• Provide information about additional resources for helping ensure the acquisition of genuine Microsoft software.
• Provide educational materials about software counterfeiting.

• Make a legal determination over the phone or e-mail as to whether any particular piece of software is genuine or counterfeit.
• Provide any details of an ongoing investigation.
• Inform you as to whether or not a specific company has been reported for counterfeiting.
• Provide technical support
