eSys subsidiaries in different countries had specific localization needs. Therefore, the company required a global business solution that could meet the requirements easily. For example, for the Indian operations key localization requirements were localized tax environment, localized payroll, localized CRM, returns management and region-wise invoicing.
To leverage the India cost advantage, eSys moved its world-wide back office operations to India.

eSys chose Microsoft Navision as its business solution for automation and integration of its various functions. Microsoft Dynamics - Nav was rolled out to meet the needs of various eSys subsidiaries. All e Technologies was chosen as the partner because of its global reach.
Microsoft Business Partner All e Technologies comprising Certified Navision representatives and technologists worked with eSys team to ensure a smooth implementation.
The separate localization needs of various eSys subsidiaries could be met by having separate databases for each one of the subsidiaries. However, all the databases reside on a central server located in Singapore, using a single installation of Microsoft Dynamics - Nav.
