Administrator Pro Improves Customer Productivity With Windows® 7

Founded in 2005, Administrator Pro is a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner that provides IT services for small- and medium-sized businesses in Russia. Vitaly Bobrov, Co-Owner and Technical Director at Administrator Pro, and his colleagues were hearing from their customers that there was a real need to improve overall performance and productivity in their day-to-day business processes. Situation

For quite some time, Administrator Pro’s customers had been struggling with legacy hardware that could no longer support the speed at which their businesses needed to operate. Machines were extremely slow to boot up, resume after standby, or respond to user inquiries. Staff was kept waiting while sluggish systems crawled the network in search of commonly used files and applications.

At the offices of Administrator Pro, the company’s dedicated help desk and technical support staff was finding it difficult to quickly resolve computer problems for their customers. It had become difficult and time-consuming to re-create the steps leading to a user’s system error, often taking days or weeks to sort out a resolution. Since help desk inquiries were taking longer to resolve, users at customer sites were left unproductive while waiting for a solution.
