Sean
O’Driscoll first joined Microsoft
Corporation in 1992 as part of the worldwide sales
organization. During his first several years in
the company, he held several positions responsible
for the recruitment, development and engagement
of Microsoft Partners. As part of these responsibilities,
Sean was accountable for developing business alliances
with many of our largest Independent Software
Venders, including Great Plains Software, Siebel
Systems and Computer Associates to name a few.
In 1998, Sean joined Microsoft’s professional
services organization and helped establish our
first support and consulting business focused
on servicing our global ISV, System Integration,
and OEM partners. In January, 2003 he re-joined
Product Support Services as worldwide Director
of MVP and Technical Communities. In this capacity,
Sean is responsible specifically for leading the
worldwide MVP program and supporting infrastructure
designed to award and recognize amazing individuals
in technical communities around the globe who
share a passion for technology and the spirit
of community. Sean graduated from Pacific University
in Forest Grove, Oregon with degrees in Business
Administration and Philosophy and now lives just
outside Seattle, Washington with his wife Kari,
and two daughters, Erin and Lauren.

Cally
Ko is Regional Director of Technical
Communities and MVP, Asia Pacific and Greater
China. Cally’s team focuses on developing
and managing superior online/offline technical
communities, and responding to the vast users
of Microsoft technical communities by highly interacting
with these communities and MVPs. There have been
hundreds of communities and nearly 600 "Most
Valuable Professionals" (MVP) selected in
the Asia Pacific and Greater China. The MVP plan
has been carried out globally for more than a
decade. The MVP Program is focused on our relationships
to and with customers via online and offline communities.
The program celebrates our best, most active customers
who have demonstrated a technical passion and
willingness to share their expertise with others.

has held a variety of positions successively as
a senior system support engineer for, Windows,
Office, Office Visual Basic Application, SQL Server
and developer tools (Visual Basic and Visual FoxPro),
Presale (Technical Specialist) for Windows NT
Server 4.0, Global TAM for Intel, HP,TOYOTA Motor,
ING Life Insurance etc Premier Enterprise customers,
Department Manager of Microsoft Business Application
Severs, Developer tools and Platform Severs, Director
of Product Support Services Global Technical Support
Center (PSS GTSC) and Customer Services. Her rich
technical support experience has enabled her to
acquire the remarkable honor of getting Bill Gates
Chairman Award. With her leadership, the Support
Professionals and the Rapid Response Engineer
teams in Customer Service and Support have been
providing the best product support, system support
and on-site technical services for customers to
continually maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ravi Venkatesan
Chairman
Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd.
As
the Chairman for Microsoft India, Ravi Venkatesan
is directly responsible for Microsoft’s
marketing, sales, operational and business development
efforts in India. He provides a single point of
leadership for Microsoft India, in partnership
with the leaders of Microsoft’s other business
units, playing an integral role in defining Microsoft’s
relationship with policy makers, customers and
business partners.
Ravi
provides strategic direction to Microsoft’s
four distinct business units in India; primarily
the Sales and Marketing Subsidiary; Microsoft’s
Indian Business Unit IT Development Center and
the India Development Center in Hyderabad and
the Global Support Centre in Bangalore. Prior
to joining Microsoft, Ravi worked for over seven
years with Cummins Inc, a US-based designer, manufacturer
and distributor of engines and related technologies.
He served as Vice President and Managing Director
for Cummins India, Chairman of Cummins India Limited
and Managing Director of Tata Cummins Limited,
a joint venture between Cummins Inc. and Tata
Motors.
Ravi
earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1985
from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay,
his MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University
in 1986 and his MBA from Harvard University in
1992 where he was a Baker Scholar. Ravi was awarded
Purdue University's Outstanding Industrial Engineer
award for the year 2000 and the Distinguished
Alumnus award for 2003 by the Indian Institute
of Technology.
Ravi
is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry
and a member of the Advisory Council of the Indian
Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is also a
Director on the Board of Thermax Ltd. He has contributed
frequently to the Harvard Business Review including
"Cummins Engine Flexes its Factories",
"Strategic Sourcing -to Make or Not to Make"
and "The Strategy that Wouldn't Travel."
