Renew or extend your academic volume licensing agreement or enrollment

If you have a subscription enrollment under the Campus and School Agreement, we suggest you contact your reseller at least 90 days before the expiration of your enrollment term.

Extending or renewing your enrollments under the Campus and School Agreement
The Campus and School Agreement is “evergreen”, meaning it does not expire. Enrollments under the Campus and School Agreement, however (including the Enrollment for Education Solutions, School Enrollment, and Campus Enrollment) have a specific coverage term. Extending or renewing your coverage before the expiration date on your enrollment keeps your licenses compliant and gives you the perfect opportunity to:
- Add products to your coverage. Increase the success and productivity of your faculty, staff and students by licensing all of the tools they need.
- License students. Now that you've experienced the benefits of standardizing your staff and faculty on the same software, it's a great time to do the same for students by enrolling in the Student Option.
- Include other departments or schools. If your current enrollment is for only one or more departments or schools, consider including other departments or schools—or your entire institution. You may even qualify for lower pricing.
- Receive special pricing. As a renewing customer (whose enrollment has not expired), you qualify for special pricing.
- If you have the one-year subscription enrollment, the per-unit pricing from Microsoft to your distributor will not increase by more than 10 percent over the previous year's pricing* as long as you license the same products in substantially the same quantities.
- If you have a three-year subscription enrollment, the per-unit pricing from Microsoft to your distributor for the products you ordered for year one will not increase for years two and three. (Exact pricing is determined by your reseller. Please discuss pricing details with your reseller.)

Transitioning from a School Enrollment or a Campus Enrollment to the Enrollment for Education Solutions
Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) is a new offering under the Campus and School Agreement that provides both primary/secondary and higher education institutions with assured coverage for desktop platform products with one annual employee count, the flexibility to add products in any quantity, and simplified asset management.
If you have an existing School Enrollment or Campus Enrollment, talk to your Microsoft account manager or reseller about transitioning to EES.
Please note: The Campus Enrollment is being retired and replaced with EES. If you have a Campus Enrollment that expires before March 1, 2011, you may renew your Campus Enrollment or transition to EES. If your Campus Enrollment expires after March 1, 2011, you will need to transition to EES in order to continue your subscription license coverage.
