Designers will be introduced to a range of User Experience (UX) technologies that enable designers and developers to build next-generation Windows and Web applications that raise the bar on user interaction, usability and visual design. After moving from Northern Ireland, where she ran her own graphic design company, ...Shelley worked in game development for companies such as Electronic Arts and Looking Glass before joining Microsoft to launch the original Xbox console. Over the past 7 years Shelley has relished the role of building a visual design team at Xbox handling such projects as the launch of original Xbox, Xbox Live, Xbox 360, 3 major redesigns of Xbox.com and of course the launch of Zune and Zune.net As Design Manager of the Studio, and internal design team for the Entertainment Experience Group, she leads a talented team of designers and Art Directors to create a unified and cohesive aesthetic for Xbox 360, Zune and other Home & Entertainment products.

Supreet (a.k.a Surdyman) has been a hands-on designer for more than 12 years and a ...fierce proponant of user experience, design and technology for today's rich internet environment. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in building user experiences ranging from the simple to the very complex involving dynamic UI with rich components and multimedia. As a user experience evangelist, his primary passion is to change perceptions of people around design and UX and to showcase the cutting edge work that might redefine what we feel about UX and the new paradigm of design in today's context.
