| Bergin Gnanamuthu is a Block Resource Teacher Educator (BRTE) working in Chief Educational Office, Nagercoil, under the ministry of MHRD, Government of India. Through his project he clarified the basic concepts in mathematics using digital lessons. He prepared PowerPoint presentations, videos, graphs and linked online resources like learning through games, online evaluation etc. with the ppt. The main objective of the project was that children can carry out division with and without remainder. After implementing the project he found that children can answer the question based on Bloom's higher order skills. |

| Bijal Batuklal Damani, from Gujarat, India, is a firm believer in Project Based Learning and integrates technology in classroom practices for imparting 21st Century Skills in her students. She conferred many awards in the past for her efforts to bring innovation in teaching. Through her project Let’s Make World a Better Place, the concept of advertising and marketing is taught in an innovative manner. She involved her students to think out of the box and create an innovative product to understand marketing concept and develop essential skill sets like Innovative thinking, creativity, ICT skills, communication and many more in students. The impact of this project on learning for other teachers and wider school community was far and wide. Although 120 students were involved in this project, it managed to impact more than 2000 people. |

As an innovative teacher, she concentrated on usage of principles, resources, methods, materials and explanations that have not been incorporated before. Innovative teaching aimed at equipping the learner with all the skills necessary to face the challenges of the 21st century. To fulfill this she created an ICT atmosphere in classrooms. The use of multimedia changed the educational environment in her school as students now have wide choices. Her project “One Earth…Our Earth- Together We Can Make a Difference” is a step towards creating awareness and sensitizing students towards 21st century’s most critical issue-environment conservation. The students used wikispace, blog, website and forum for collaboration. Her website www.greenwarriors.info allows students to discuss, share and collaborate with students and teachers from across the globe. The project brought about a desirable social change and empowered children to be good citizens and impacted nearly 200 teachers and about 8000 community members. |

| Sanjeev Kumar Taneja, a District Coordinator for Maths from Ludhiana district, started a pilot project named “Unified Communication in Mathematics Village”. It covered nearly 20 schools and involved active participations of more than 600 students from different schools. The project is completely a web based project which provides online access to content anytime, anywhere, any place and on any device. He has used Microsoft Office 365 effectively to teach mathematics to students of Grade 10. The project helped in improving teaching-learning by providing a meaningful real world focus and supported engagement. |
