Acquire the latest Microsoft technology with a pay-as-you-go purchasing model. Select Plus and Select License offer tiered pricing corresponding to product pools, including applications, systems, and servers.

Flexibility and Manageability

With the freedom to purchase what you need when you need it, Select programs provide flexibility and manageability.

  • Select Plus: Acquire software licenses and services by department or affiliate while realizing volume purchasing advantages as one organization. The agreement never expires and has an optional 36 months of Software Assurance. Recommended for midsize and large organizations.

  • Select License: A transactional program ideal for organizations with mixed software requirements and the ability to forecast license needs over a three-year period. Recommended for midsize organizations.

Eligibility

Recommended for organizations with 250 or more desktop PCs.

Pricing

Based on Product Pools

 

Each product offering (License, Software Assurance, and License and Software Assurance) is assigned specific point values to determine price levels. Points are calculated based on three product pools, with a minimum three-year forecast of points to be acquired for each price level: Level A: 1,500-11,999 pointsLevel B: 12,000-29,999 pointsLevel C: 30,000-74,999 pointsLevel D: 75,000 plus points**

 

Each product offering (License, Software Assurance, and License and Software Assurance) is assigned specific point values per product pool to determine price levels. Points are calculated based on product pools and reviewed annually. Discounts are tiered automatically and set at the Lead Affiliate. Level A: 500-3,999 pointsLevel B: 4,000-9,999 pointsLevel C: 10,000-24,999 pointsLevel D: 25,000 plus points**
