Dave Glover, Developer Evangelist , Microsoft Australia
Dave Glover has been at Microsoft for nearly 12 years, the first 10 with Microsoft UK. He started his Microsoft career working with customers adopting Windows NT 3.0, SQL Server and SMS, but mostly he has worked with software developers within Customers and Partners. Prior to this he was a software developer building online solutions for the pharmaceutical sector. This was followed by 5 years working for IBM NZ initially as a software developer and then an AS400 Solutions Specialist.

In 2004 he transferred to the Microsoft Australia's Developer Group. His role is to work with developers building .NET based solutions within Customers, Partners, ISVs and User Group Communities. He also does a considerable amount of public speaking across the major cities in Australia. Dave’s main technical skill sets are around Web Dev, Web Services, Standards based SOAs, building apps for mobile devices - PPCs and Smartphones etc and he has a realistic view of Microsoft and the general IT Industry directions.
Santosh S Kandala, Technical Analyst, Application Consultancy & Engineering, Microsoft
Santosh is part of Microsoft’s Application Consulting and Engineering team being a Technical Analyst with 3 years of professional experience in the fields of application security assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, ethical hacking, secure application development trainings and threat modelling.

Santosh has experience in conducting comprehensive security audits for web and thick client applications backed with his exposure to all the phases of software development. He has threat modeled various applications and been responsible for identifying security issues at host, network and application levels. He has been part of security team working for secure online financial transactions and worked on various technological platforms .NET being the predominant.
Anmol Malhotra, Technical Analyst, Application Consultancy & Engineering, Microsoft
Anmol has about 4 years experience in field of information security & presently working as a Technical Analyst in Microsoft’s Application Consultancy & Engineering team. His work is primarily focused in attack & penetration testing exercises, application security assessments, ethical hacking, network security trainings & secure application development trainings.

He has performed several network security assessment engagements involving attack & penetration, threat & vulnerability analysis and limited vulnerability assessments for global clients. He has also worked with Indian Defence organisations for information warfare and network security consultancy. Worked extensively in Black Box & White Box security assessments on applications developed in .NET technologies.
Ramshanker Krishnan, Group Program Manager, Microsoft India
Ram has a bachelor’s degree in Computer technology from PSG College of Engineering, Coimbatore. He started his career in the software field as a developer in a Document Management company in Chennai and has been working for Microsoft since 1999 where he started with the Corporate Security group. He has worked in various capacities as Production Manager, Dev lead, Dev Manager and now as Group program manager with Microsoft IT where he set up the operations for the XIT team in India. Ram’s group is responsible for providing enterprise application solutions for the Microsoft IT’s infrastructure groups.

Ram’s passionate about security and the Team Software Process and is a certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). When not at work, Ram enjoys watching cricket and playing golf.
