Solution
Cynapse Mobile Application Server (CMAS), an out-of-the-box
product for real-time enterprise mobility, is a rapidly
deployable, customizable product that reacts to enterprise
events and routes information to SMS gateways and GSM
devices.
CMAS is a cost effective communication medium to extend
the user interface of a business application onto the
mobile phone. It can receive and process messages automatically
to perform various preset and automated tasks. Received
messages can be parsed and used as a query mechanism
for automated server responses over SMS, as requested
in the message content.
It can also be configured to automatically send data
via SMS to closed or open user groups over predefined
intervals. Further, it provides extensive reports to
track messages sent and received. |
The .NET framework enabled effective implementation
of key functionalities in CMAS. The .NET framework provided
flexibility to an otherwise complex architecture. Further,
Web services enabled interoperability of CMAS with other applications.
