through Ski holiday packages across Europe. Located in the
United Kingdom, the company offers packaged holidays to individuals
and families in chalets located in picturesque, snowy surroundings
across Europe.
Customer Situation
Silver Ski manages bookings for over 90 chalets spread
across England and France. The chalets located in France
had to be contacted regularly in order to check the
status and communicate / confirm bookings. The chalet
availability search being manual, the entire process
was cumbersome, time consuming, and prone to error.
It often resulted in incorrect and duplicate bookings
causing hardships to customers. |
