Overview

Build Software and Services that enable extraordinary customer relationship with world-class business results.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a $11 billion software category. It is a growing market, primarily due to the fact that CRM can be offered both as a software and a service. At Microsoft, Dynamics CRM is the first product to deliver on the Software plus Service dream.  Dynamics CRM Online and On Premise have rich integration stories with Outlook, Excel and Word and soon with SharePoint.   The team at MSIDC has been an integral part of CRMs success story, contributing in areas like Marketing Automation and Data Management. The next step for this team is to integrate SharePoint for document collaboration, provide data auditing, implement new and exciting data visualization modules and drive forward Contact Center business application features opening new markets for Microsoft.  It is an exciting time -- we have grown from owning a small piece of the story early in CRM to over 40% of the features here in MSIDC, many of which are high profile and mission critical, at the heart of the next release.
