Life @ MSIDC

Work Culture:

Ask anyone at MSIDC and they will tell you that it is the people make this place special. Some of the brightest, hard working and best people in India (and the world) work at the MSIDC. The work culture at the MSIDC allows you to forget the org chart and just focus on sharing ideas and getting things done. Working with people from all over, you quickly realize the diversity of perspectives and styles adding flavor to your experience.

Campus:

Everyday, our employees walk into our campus, inspired with the intent of changing the world. At MSIDC, we recognize the importance of providing them with an open environment that’s conducive to ‘free thinking’ and innovative work. Spread across a sprawling 54-acre site, MSIDC’s campus has been designed to mirror Microsoft’s Redmond campus’ standards, while blending in with Hyderabad’s landscape. It is best described as ‘smart and green’.

Community:

Since inception, Microsoft and its employees have been giving back to the community. Microsofts first organized act of philanthropy started with the United Way Giving Campaign in 1983. Bill Gates started with the United Way because of his long-standing family history of commitment to the United Way of King County.

Why Hyderabad:

Multi-cultural, multi-lingual and multi-national – characteristics that have come to be associated more and more with Hyderabad since the early 1990s. Given the phenomenal growth the city has experienced across technology domains (information technology, ITES and biotechnology), it’s easy to understand why every year a very high number of skilled employees re-locate to the city from different parts of India and the world.
