New Delhi, India — November 27, 2012: West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation Limited (WBEIDC), popularly known as Webel, a state government’s nodal agency responsible for developing Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) industries within the state recently deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV Solutions, to improve operations and bring in management efficiency that resulted in effective and on-time business decisions.

The challenge faced by Webel was to manually manage most of its business processes like reports, purchase orders, tenders and other commercial activities. The deployment of Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution enabled Webel to increase organizational transparency and responsibility, improve productivity of processes and personnel, enhance user level access controls; minimizing human errors and improves business operations and controls. The goal for them to exercise better control, and improve processes, to minimize delays was hence achieved with this deployment.
