  Hardware Requirements
  Hardware requirements for computers that run Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 are provided below. The requirements apply to both the Standard and Premium editions
 1 GHz or faster processor clock speed (recommended); 750 MHz minimum (required)
 Note: Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 supports up to two CPUs on one server.
 1 GB of RAM or higher recommended (512 MB minimum required; 4 GB maximum)
 16 GB of available hard-disk space
 CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
 Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution monitor recommended; VGA or hardware that supports console redirection required
 Hardware that supports console redirection
 Ethernet network interface card (two cards recommended)
 Keyboard and Microsoft mouse or compatible pointing device recommended
 Broadband or high-speed modem internet connection
 Note: Some server functionality may require Internet access, a Microsoft Windows Live ID account and payment of a separate fee to a service provider
 Dedicated Class 1 fax modem to use fax service
 Pocket PC Phone Edition 2003 or Smartphone 2003 for Outlook Mobile Access recommended
 Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000 Professional for client operating systems recommended
