As its CTO, Arvind spearheads Skelta's R & D efforts. A geek to the core, Arvind loves working with customers in his capacity as Premier Field Engineer with Microsoft and helps them use SQL Server to the fullest of its capabilities. Of his 9 years of work experience, he has been with Microsoft for 3.5 years now focusing on Developer Support for Premier Customers in India. His areas of focus include SQL Server performance, replication and high availability. For the last one year, he has been helping drive the SQL Server Health Check offering in India to help customers maximize their investments in SQL Server.

He is a flight simulation freak, having used Microsoft Flight Simulator right from its 4.0 days back in 1990. He is also big time into following American football (NFL) and listens to heady concoction of heavy metal and trance music.

Moin is responsible for evangelizing Microsoft's platform and products to the Architects in the Retail community. Moinuddin works with Architects at customers and partners. Moin is also responsible for influencing internal product teams in development of new products to meet requirements from the Retail community. He evangelizes initiatives and development in the retail industry to the Microsoft product teams and the Microsoft field. As an industry Architect Moin generates white papers showing how to build future retail products using Microsoft platform and tools and also engages in speaking at the global architecture forums. In addition, Moin represents Microsoft at National Retail Federation's ARTS group.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Moinuddin spent 12 years in Retail and Payment processing companies. Nauzad Kapadia is the founder of Quartz Systems, a company based out of Mumbai that does corporate trainings and offers consultancy services for the Microsoft platform and range of products. Since Oct. 2002, for 4 years running, Microsoft has conferred on him the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) status in recognition of superior technical contribution to the user community in general. He was instrumental in the formation of the INETA (International .NET Association) Academic Committee which was responsible for spreading .NET awareness and assisting various educational institutions in coming to grips with new technology. In May 2004, at the annual INETA summit held at Bangkok, Nauzad was nominated as the head of the Academic Initiatives Program for the Asia Pacific Region. In the final year, she interned with a company called "indigo" which she later joined and did some great work on .NET technologies which was fairly new at that time . She then moved to the real big software company environment at Infosys, Pune where again she worked in design and development roles on .NET platform and also on sun technologies.

Steve specializes in network and host security, communication protocols, network design, and information security policies and process. His customers include various ISPs and ASPs around the United States, as well as traditional enterprise IT customers, for whom he has conducted security assessments and risk analyses, deployed technologies for prevention and detection, and designed highly-available network architectures. Steve is a frequent and popular speaker at conferences worldwide, often appearing Asia one week and Europe the next. When not evangelizing the benefits of Microsoft security technology, he spends time with customers to better understand the security pain they face and show how some of that pain can be eliminated. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was handling large deployments around Identity Management, Asset Management and Messaging solutions primarily for large non-IT companies. He finds various technologies interesting enough but is most enthused by Directory technologies. He finds conveying the ‘Business Value of technology’ message most challenging, and compelling as well.

Vignesh Doraiswamy is an Embedded Developer Evangelist with Microsoft. He has been developing software professionally for more than a dozen years primarily using Microsoft tools & technologies. Prior to joining Microsoft, he has also had the opportunity to create several high performance teams, wearing his other hat as a software project manager.

He has worked in a diverse set of domains and has developed software for desktop imaging, digital photofinishing, POS systems, CAD/CAM, precision measurement systems and various embedded systems. When he is not reading about technology or writing code, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to old Hindi songs, reading sci-fi and fantasy, playing multiplayer games (AOE, Diablo, Starcraft…) and finding new wines to taste!

He's been at Microsoft India for about five years, first working as a Technology Specialist on integration middleware and later in his present role. Prior to joining Microsoft he worked with an Internet startup as a middleware expert + dev-process owner, and before that as an instructor and technical writer teaching COM, C++, OOAD and UML. When he is not working, he enjoys playing chess, listening to music and sleeping.
