Interoperability Executive Customer Council (IEC Council)
A group of more than 45 global public and private sector customers formed by Microsoft identifies areas for interoperability improvements across its products and the overall software industry.

Interop Vendor Alliance (IVA)
This community of 60 software and hardware vendors, including Microsoft partners and competitors, are working together to solve interoperability challenges faced by our shared customers.

Open Source Interoperability Initiative
Learn how Microsoft is facilitating bilateral engagement and supporting interoperability with the open source community through a broad range of activities and resources.

Document Interoperability Initiative
Microsoft hosts a collaborative forum of industry vendors and members of the open source community to identify and deliver solutions for customer’s critical document format interoperability scenarios.
