Lasting from 12 to 24 months depending on the programme, our Graduate Opportunities balance work and training to provide the perfect link between academia and professional life. With a Technical, Business and MACH (Sales, Marketing & Services) route to choose from, our programmes are your doorway into the world of Microsoft. All of our Graduate Opportunities are Full-Time Permanent roles with Microsoft Ireland.
Once you complete your Graduate Programme and continue on in your role, you'll consistently be challenged and excited by the opportunities on offer. Put simply, the sky’s the limit from this point on.
Lasting 12 months, within our Technical Graduate programme you may be working in roles such as:
Software Development, Software Development Engineer in Test or International Project Engineer
We invented this programme to support and develop graduates from some of the top colleges and universities around the world. Its strength is that it enables you to do real work on major projects within a framework of support, assessment and review…perfect for identifying and playing to your unique strengths. You will be able to network with other graduates, have informal meetings with senior management and receive expert training and mentoring.
Lasting 12 months, within our Business Graduate programme you may be working in one of the disciplines within our European Operation Centre such as:
Finance, Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Business Solutions, OEM or Project Management.

Our MACH (Microsoft Academies for College Hires) programme is a specific graduate programme for our SMSG (Sales, Marketing and Services Group) in Ireland. Lasting two years, this programme provides everything you would require from a graduate programme, along with the benefits of being part of a global MACH network and opportunities to train abroad. Within our MACH programme you may be working as: Technical Account Manager or Marketing Manager.
To remain relevant and fresh in such a fast-moving industry, talent needs to grow and knowledge needs to diversify. That’s why we offer some of the best vocational training in the world. Job specific training will be provided within your own group. Within our graduate programme you’ll focus on core skills training to develop the personal and professional skills needed to establish yourself within your role and the graduate community. You will also focus on career development initiatives to help you manage your future career, which will include a Career Strategy Workshop and Career Mentoring.
