To enroll in Microsoft Empower for ISVs you need to be a Registered Member of the Microsoft Partner Program and to agree to terms and conditions of the initiative legal addendum. Read below for more details.

Follow these steps to become a Registered Member of the Microsoft Partner Program and enroll in Microsoft Empower for ISVs.

Read and understand the Microsoft Empower for ISVs requirements, benefits, and related details.
|  | 3. .NET Passport
Sign in with your Microsoft .NET Passport. If you don't have a Passport, create an account now before registering.
Note: For registration,it is highly recommended that you use your company email address and not a private email address (for example, Hotmail or Yahoo).

Fill out the individual registration form.

Enter information for your company.

Microsoft Certified Partners (includes Gold Certified Partners): Since Microsoft Empower for ISVs is intended as an opportunity for companies not already participating in the Certified Partner level of the Microsoft Partner Program, it is therefore not available to existing Microsoft Certified Partners or Microsoft Gold Certified Partners.
