Part of achieving the ISV competency is getting your product tested. Microsoft works together with two test centers to get you certified:

  • Qualitylogic for Windows Mobile Testing and Microsoft Office Accounting.
  • Veritest for all other Microsoft Products.

Services Provider Licenses Agreement (SPLA)

The Services Provider Licenses Agreement enables services providers and independent software vendors (ISVs) to distribute Microsoft licensed products as part of their software services and hosted application solutions—on a monthly basis, over a three-year agreement term. Microsoft MEA Partner Differentiation and Pipeline Incentive (PDPI) Program

MEA PDPI is an exclusive incentive program offering special benefits to Microsoft partners who identify, influence and manage new business opportunities based on Microsoft technologies. This initiative awards investing and new business generating partners and partners whom are managing opportunities by their own sales and technical resources. PDPI initiative offers partners the opportunity to benefit from their investments on resources and opportunity management capabilities even if they do not directly deliver Microsoft products. At the end, the Partner who primarily reports the new business opportunity will be awarded once the deal end up with sales even the partner will lose the deal. Learn more.
