ESRI's ArcGIS 9.3 software, the next scheduled release of ESRI's ArcGIS suite, will take full advantage of the new spatial technology in the upcoming release of SQL Server 2008. With the November 2007 SQL Server 2008 community technology preview (CTP), Microsoft Corporation is extending the use and value of spatial technology by integrating it directly within SQL Server at no additional cost.

ESRI is supporting nationwide firefighting efforts by providing GIS software to areas in need. Limited support is also available for map production as well as on-site GIS personnel at the fire Incident Command Post.

To request emergency software, replacement software, data/imagery, or services/consulting assistance from ESRI, complete and submit the Request Emergency Assistance Form. All requests for assistance should be justified and show direct support for the disaster.

Contact the Disaster Help Coordination Team for general inquiries about your request.

Stop Deployment Schlepping
Simplify administration by centralizing ArcGIS software distribution.

Because ESRI's software setups are developed with Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) technology, ArcGIS software products and service packs can be deployed from a central server. Centralized deployment of ESRI software saves the organization time and money, improves security, and prevents loss of productivity.
