In the USA, Baker Hill uses Rules for .NET to allow clients to develop, test, and maintain various business rules tailored to their markets, clients, and risk thresholds in their Portfolio Risk Advisor solution. Portfolio Risk Advisor is an automated loan portfolio monitoring solution that uses internal and external performance and behavioral data to help financial institutions streamline the portfolio management process and mitigate risk. Business rules are established in Portfolio Risk Advisor to flag borrower actions and characteristics, including identifying accounts for review or renewal, new loan or deposit opportunities, and potential credit quality issues.

Essilor International

Hospitals Contribution Fund (HCF) – Australia
Hospitals Contribution Fund (HCF), the fourth largest health fund in Australia, has implemented ILOG Rules for .NET as a key component of its automated claims adjudication and payment system, thereby reducing the costs associated with handling, processing and settling claims. With ILOG Rules for .NET, HCF has reduced the time required to evaluate and settle claims by about 30 percent, while automating fraud detection. In addition, it can now implement rule changes within days instead of weeks, and the number of people managing the claims system has been reduced from 10 people to only three, allowing HCF to re-deploy the experienced staff to other parts of the organization.
