Tunisia launched their Industry Cluster, a joint initiative with Tunisia’s government, in March, providing technical guidance for 10 Tunisian companies focused on the vertical markets: Telecommunications, Financial, Healthcare, Education and Government. All activities will be hosted by the local Microsoft Innovation Center that will provide technical and business mentorship, while accelerating the enrollment in MSPP fostering the competencies of Software Development, Software Solutions Integration, E-Services, M-Services and Security.

The Web-based Issue Resolution service routes your issue directly to a team trained to help resolve customers’ concerns. Within one business day, you will receive confirmation from a dedicated Issue Resolution team member who will also keep you informed about the status of your issue through to resolution. Issue status may also be tracked online.

Part of achieving the ISV competency is getting your product tested. Microsoft works together with two test centers to get you certified:

• Qualitylogic for Windows Mobile Testing and Microsoft Office Accounting.
• Veritest for all other Microsoft Products.
