Attendees flocked to the August 25th BOF (Birds of a Feather) session “Microsoft Innovation Award 2010 Presentation Stage” even though it was held over the lunch hour, and immediately followed the keynote session. Each company made a five minute presentation to Tech・Ed Japan attendees, members of the press and Microsoft employees.
A lively Q&A session followed each presentation. Amid many questions posed and advice offered, the companies managed to introduce the unique features of their solutions within the time allotted.
Keynote speaker Akihiro Oba (General Manager, Developer & Platform Evangelism, Microsoft Co. Ltd., Japan) viewed the booths at the Attendee Party following the end of the sessions on the first day. Oba listened eagerly to each company describe its solution at the exhibition booths, far exceeding the time allotted in his schedule to do so.
