| Full participation and
inclusion in 21st Century Learning and living
requires all students and educators in knowledge
economies to be proficient in information,
communication and learning technologies. In order to
bridge the gap between the vision and realization of
digital inclusion, educational leaders must find
flexible, innovative solutions to increase access to
appropriate Information and Communication Technology
(ICT) infrastructure and services. To ensure
educational success, leaders must further discover
and implement the best way to increase digital
literacy amongst all of their students. |
