Success in the 21st century is all about the skills of
managing, organizing and communicating information. With
the rapid rise of new and exciting technologies and the
interconnectedness of our world, achieving this success
is attainable to any student in any school across the
globe. Students learn through the right curriculum and
resources and through a collaborative network of
motivated educators, support staff, and communities that
encourage their efforts. Microsoft, in partnership with
educational institutions and industry partners, has
constructed a framework on how best to help our students
achieve skills for future success. |

Help Desk Students
Student Help Desk introduces the
operational flow of a technical support centre
through a set of comprehensive and professional
methodology. Students are organized into a
support teams to maintain the computer system at
school. This helps students develop a spirit for
serving others and a sense of belonging and
responsibility. IT teachers and technicians can
guide students in solving technical problems, or
retain only a supervisory role of the daily
system management, thereby reducing their own
workload. Student Help Desk can also become a
continuing student activity in the school by
bringing up new team members every year. |
