Account Manager (Latvia)


Key responsibilities:
• Manage product, solution and services sales processes for the assigned accounts,
• Establish relations with the key decision makers within the assigned accounts,
• Secure both long term strategic goals achievement as well as short term revenue goals.

Candidate profile:
• University Degree; degree in Computer Science or Economics is an advantage,
• 3+ years experience in IT or Telco industry,
• 3+ years experience in selling into large accounts in 1:1 and/or 1:few model with a focus on information technology deployment in the Public Sector and/or Enterprise space.
• Solid project/program management experience,
• Knowledge of Microsoft product line as well as MSCP or other Microsoft certifications is an advantage,
• Understanding of the relationship between technology and business and systems processes in Enterprise space,
• Knowledge and understanding of Public Sector and Enterprise customers from various sectors combined with the ability to identify solutions for them and ensure effective cross-team collaboration both inside Microsoft and also with external partners, delivering high value problem solutions for the customers.
