Human Resources Manager (Latvia)


Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the people strategy and entire Human Resources function within the company.

Main responsibilities:
• Business Partnership – as the strategic business partner to the General Manager, HRM creates and drives the organizational and people strategy for the business;
• PlanHR Leadership – leading the people strategy – staffing, people and leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations;
• HR Advisor to employees, middle and top management;
• Cross-Subsidiary Human Resources Leadership – being part of a network in developing and sharing HR Best Practices across the CEE region.

Profile of the candidate:
• University degree
• Previous working experience in HR field for at least 6 years in an international company
• Strong communication and interpersonal as well as presentation skills
• Creativity and initiative
• Fluency in both spoken and written Latvian and English; Russian will be an advantage
