SMB Manager Breadth (Latvia)
Job purpose:
SMB Manager manages the subsidiary business sales and marketing strategy and execution for our small and mid-market customers with the goal of driving excitement, revenue growth and market share of Microsoft products and solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the subsidiary targeted marketing planning process for the Breadth segment, based on corporate strategies and local opportunities defined by subsidiary leadership team.
Deliver revenue and scorecard targets for the Breadth segment by working across SMS&P, and with BMO organizations, Segment/Channel teams, Products Groups, Marketing Communications teams, Business Groups leads, partner teams.
Develop and drive local business strategies aligned with the segment drivers to earn long term loyalty and recommendations from Breadth customers.
Drive business sales and marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
3-5 years experience in direct or broad-scale marketing/or partner management with proven results.
Bachelors degree.
Channel experience.
Understand how Microsoft partners market/sell to small and medium business customers.
Demonstrated experience devising marketing program strategies to meet the needs of partners and customers.
Passion for driving results.
Ability to influence others.
Presentation skills.
Demonstrated cross group collaboration abilities.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Languages: Latvian - native, English fluent, Russian - advantage.
