SMB Manager Breadth (Latvia)


Job purpose:
SMB Manager manages the subsidiary business sales and marketing strategy and execution for our small and mid-market customers with the goal of driving excitement, revenue growth and market share of Microsoft products and solutions.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the subsidiary targeted marketing planning process for the Breadth segment, based on corporate strategies and local opportunities defined by subsidiary leadership team.
• Deliver revenue and scorecard targets for the Breadth segment by working across SMS&P, and with BMO organizations, Segment/Channel teams, Products Groups, Marketing Communications teams, Business Groups leads, partner teams.
• Develop and drive local business strategies aligned with the segment drivers to earn long term loyalty and recommendations from Breadth customers.
• Drive business sales and marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in direct or broad-scale marketing/or partner management with proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Channel experience.
• Understand how Microsoft partners market/sell to small and medium business customers.
• Demonstrated experience devising marketing program strategies to meet the needs of partners and customers.
• Passion for driving results.
• Ability to influence others.
• Presentation skills.
• Demonstrated cross group collaboration abilities.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Languages: Latvian - native, English – fluent, Russian - advantage.
